MUNICH AIRPORT: TERMINAL 1 EXPANSION
The Terminal 1 expansion project at Munich Airport involves the construction of a new pier and a central building complex.
KONZERTHAUS MÜNCHEN: CONCERT HALL
Concert Hall.
With its spectacular design and unique acoustics, the Konzerthaus München is being created in the very heart of the city: in Munich’s Werksviertel, a creative, cool, innovative and multiple-award winning urban district. It is ideally located right next to the Ostbahnhof, Bavaria’s third-largest long-distance train station, right along the two main S-Bahn lines and the subway.

ÜBERSEEQUARTIER: RESIDENTIAL QUARTER
The area includes three connected basements and 14 rising building complexes, which are used in different parts. Offices, apartments, hotels as well as the cruise terminal and the Westfields shopping mall are being built.
ZENTRALINSTITUT FUR SEELISCHE GESUNDHEIT
Central Institute of Mental Health. It is a renowned psychiatric research institute and medical center located in Mannheim, Germany. The ZI is dedicated to the study and treatment of mental disorders, with a focus on research, clinical care, and education in the field of psychiatry and psychotherapy.
BMW MOBILITY DEVELOPMENT CENTER
BMW Group Future Mobility Development Center is a technology pioneer. In Sokolov, we will continue developing breakthrough innovations in the fields of alternative motive power sources, autonomous car technologies and digitisation. Our very first development center in Eastern Europe will bring about a hundred new jobs to the Karlovarský region and transform it into a hub of attractive, state-of-the-art technologies.
ZAM München
The ZAM is the district center of Freiham, one of the largest district developments in Europe. Inspiring open spaces for living and working, enjoying and relaxing open up here - on a total area of over 100,000 square meters.

Existing buildings which are partly protected as historical monuments and partly located in the protection zone are reconstructed on real estate with a total ground area of approx. 10,440 m² and complemented by means of partial demolition and annexes
